For office leasing, landlords for newer prime Grade A offices in the CBD are asking for rates of $12 psf onwards. In Raffles area, the asking rate averages around $8.50 to $10.50 psf. In other parts of CBD (i.e. Tanjong Pagar, Robinson Road, Shenton Way), asking rates hovers around $7 to $9 psf. In Orchard, asking rates are $7 to $10.50psf.
